She went on to become a runner-up at the Miss Tourism International at Kuala Lampur, Malaysia, 1994. Other participants that year were Priya Gill, Swetha Menon, Jesse Randhawa and Manini De. She became a finalist in Miss India contest 1994 with winners Sushmita Sen and Aishwarya Rai.
